Biscoff Iced Latte
If you love Biscoff cookies and the bitter taste of coffee this iced latte is for you. Refreshing and perfect for those days when the body is craving something sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. of Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter or any cookie butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon of Javy coffee diluted in 2 oz. of water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla syrup
- Crushed biscoff cookies. for topping (optional)
Directions
- Add one tablespoon of Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and milk to a glass and froth it (or whip) until foamy.
- Add ice and the Javy mix, mixing it properly with the biscoff milk.
- On a separate cup, froth the heavy cream with the vanilla syrup until it gets a creamy consistency.
- Pour the vanilla sweet cream on top of the coffee and finish with the crushed biscoff cookies.
