Vegan Coffee Ice Cream
If you are looking for a nice tasting, sugar-free, vegan, and 100% gluten-free ice cream recipe, this will become your to-go recipe. Especially during those heated summer days that are coming ahead.
1 1/2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 6 frozen bananas
- Caramel Sauce (optional)
Leave the frozen bananas out of the freezer for about 20 minutes. After this place them on a blender and pulse the mix every few seconds, add the coffee concentrate, and blend for a few more seconds until you get a cream consistency. Enjoy with caramel sauce drizzled on top!
