Ingredients

  • 100g frozen banana
  • 250ml milk
  • 30g protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g protein powder
  • 2 tsp javy coffee concentrate (We suggest Mocha Flavored)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth
  2. Use any milk or protein powder of choice
  3. Use more or less of anything depending on how you like the taste and consistency
