Caramel Macchiato Protein Ice Cream

Here’s a quick and easy caramel macchiato ice cream recipe. It’s sweet and doesn’t require any churning. The sweetness is added by the protein powder, which makes this quick dessert also a healthy option for a pick-me-up or to satisfy any caramel craving. If you have nut allergies you can also try this recipe with oat milk, or any non-dairy milk of your choice. ‍

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tsp low-cal Caramel Syrup
  • 1-2 tsp Javy coffee concentrate (original or Caramel)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum
  • Whipped cream (optional)‍

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s completely blended and creamy. If necessary shake the blender a bit as you go or slowly add in ice as you’re blending so it’s able to blend smoother and get the ice cream texture.
  2. Serve on a cup filled with more caramel syrup and top with whipped cream if desired.
