Coffee and Rum-tonic

Coffee and rum are the perfect combo, especially after a meal. This rum and coffee recipe is simple to make and perfect for serving during any holiday.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 oz of Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz of rum
  • OPTIONAL: Orange peel for garnish</ul>

Directions

  1. Add the coffee concentrate, Kahlua, sugar syrup, and rum to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain the tonic water into a highball glass over large ice cubes.
  3. Top with the coffee rum cocktail and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel if desired
