Dalgona Coffee with Pumpkin Spice & Caramel

Dalgona Coffee with Pumpkin Spice & Caramel

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of caramel
  • 2 Javy teaspoons
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Approximately 1 cup of whole milk, depending on glass size
  • Ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour caramel into bottom of drinking glass, then fill with ice.
  2. Fill glass with milk, leaving approximately a half-an-inch space at the top of the glass. Put to the side.
  3. In a separate jar, mix instant coffee, cold water, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice together.
  4. With whisk, beat the four items until they thicken.  Using a handheld mixer, it took approximately 2 minutes.
  5. Once you get firm peaks, spoon the mixture over the milk.
  6. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
  7. Stir and enjoy!
