Brown Sugar Boba Iced Latte

Satisfy your cravings for a sweet and indulgent beverage with this Brown Sugar Boba Iced Latte made with Javy coffee and Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup. Perfect for cooling off on a hot day or treating yourself to a delightful pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup (8 oz) milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 2 tablespoons Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- Ice
Directions
- Cook the tapioca pearls (boba) according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly to create a syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool. Then add the cooked tapioca pearls.
- Add the cooked tapioca pearls to a glass filled with ice, save some brown sugar to drizzle at the end. Add the milk.
- In a small cup, prepare the Javy coffee concentrate with Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup and water. Pour on top of the boba milk.
- Drizzle some of the brown sugar syrup over the top of the latte.
- Stir the latte gently to distribute the tapioca pearls evenly throughout the drink.
