Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup (8 oz) milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls (boba) according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly to create a syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool. Then add the cooked tapioca pearls.
  3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to a glass filled with ice, save some brown sugar to drizzle at the end. Add the milk.
  4. In a small cup, prepare the Javy coffee concentrate with Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup and water. Pour on top of the boba milk.
  5. Drizzle some of the brown sugar syrup over the top of the latte.
  6. Stir the latte gently to distribute the tapioca pearls evenly throughout the drink.
  7. Enjoy!
