Ingredients

For the Iced Dirty Chai Latte:

  • 1–2 teaspoons Javy Dirty Chai Coffee Concentrate
  • 3/4 cup chai tea (if you are using regular Javy)
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Ice
  • Extra pumpkin pie spice, to garnish (optional)

For the Pumpkin Cold Foam:

  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. In a tall glass, mix 1–2 teaspoons of Javy Dirty Chai Coffee Concentrate with milk, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup and chai tea, if using.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some room for the cold foam.
  3. In a small bowl or milk frother, combine heavy cream (or coconut cream), pumpkin puree, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Whisk or froth until the mixture becomes light and airy, forming a thick foam.
  5. Gently spoon the pumpkin cold foam over the iced chai latte, letting it float on top of the drink.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top of the foam.
