Ingredients
For the Iced Dirty Chai Latte:
- 1–2 teaspoons Javy Dirty Chai Coffee Concentrate
- 3/4 cup chai tea (if you are using regular Javy)
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- Ice
- Extra pumpkin pie spice, to garnish (optional)
For the Pumpkin Cold Foam:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- In a tall glass, mix 1–2 teaspoons of Javy Dirty Chai Coffee Concentrate with milk, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup and chai tea, if using.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some room for the cold foam.
- In a small bowl or milk frother, combine heavy cream (or coconut cream), pumpkin puree, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Whisk or froth until the mixture becomes light and airy, forming a thick foam.
- Gently spoon the pumpkin cold foam over the iced chai latte, letting it float on top of the drink.
- Optionally, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top of the foam.
