Lavender Iced Vanilla Latte

This unique pairing of flavors is subtle and strong, perfect for "relaxing" days at home or for when you’re feeling extra fancy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon culinary lavender buds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- Ice cubes
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until it begins to steam. Add the culinary lavender buds, vanilla extract and Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup or honey. Simmer gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to infuse the milk with lavender flavor. Remove from heat and strain out the lavender buds using a fine mesh sieve. Allow the lavender-infused milk to cool to room temperature.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour Javy Coffee Concentrate over the ice cubes. Then, pour the lavender-infused milk over the coffee.
- Stir gently before sipping to combine all the flavors and textures.
