Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee Powder
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh berries, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)‍

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, cook 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk over medium heat
  2. Stir in 2 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee and sweetener of your choice
  3. Continue mixing until the mixture thickens and the oats are cooked3
  4. Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, remove from heat, and serve immediately
  5. Top with sliced bananas, berries and sprinkle nuts or seeds
