Protein-Packed Coffee Oatmeal
This healthy, protein-rich recipe is loaded with fiber, caffeine and protein, making it a good low-carb option for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee Powder
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 banana, sliced (optional)
- Fresh berries, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions
- In a saucepan, cook 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk over medium heat
- Stir in 2 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee and sweetener of your choice
- Continue mixing until the mixture thickens and the oats are cooked3
- Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, remove from heat, and serve immediately
