Ingredients

For the Dalgona Coffee:

  • 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

For the Tiramisu drink:

  • 8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Javy Coffee Mocha Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Ladyfinger cookies for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine Javy Coffee Concentrate, sugar, and hot water. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy with stiff peaks.
  2. In a separate glass, mix together milk, vanilla extract and Javy Coffee Mocha Syrup. Stir until well combined. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Gently spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk.
  4. Dust the top of the drink with cocoa powder for an extra Tiramisu touch.
  5. Optionally, garnish the drink with a ladyfinger cookie on the side.
