Ube Brulée Boba Latte

This Iced Ube Brûlée Boba Latte is a delicious combination of ube, boba, caramel, and coffee making it a refreshing and indulgent drink or treat.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon ube powder
- Tapioca pearls (boba)
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Caramel Syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Kitchen torch for brûlée effect
- Ice
Directions
- In a glass, a generous amount of prepared tapioca pearls. Add ice cubes on top.
- Add half of the milk, Javy Coffee Concentrate and Javy Caramel Syrup and stir well. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
- In a separate container, mix the rest of the milk and ube extract using a milk frother or electric frother until foamy and creamy.
- Pour the Ube foam on top of the coffee, creating a purple layer.
- For a brûlée topping, sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the top of the latte. Using a kitchen torch, carefully torch the sugar until it caramelizes and forms a brûlée crust.
- Use a straw or a stirring stick to mix the layers together for a delightful combination of flavors and textures.
