Ingredients

For the Honey Simple Syrup you’ll need:

  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/2 C water

For the Honey Almond Milk Cold Brew you’ll need:

  • 1/2 C water
  • 1.5 Tbsp Honey Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk*

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the honey has completely dissolved (approximately 5-10 minutes). Try to avoid bringing your mixture to a boil
  2. Remove your honey simple syrup from the heat and allow it to cool
  3. Transfer your simple syrup to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  4. Fill glass with ice
  5. Pour honey simple syrup, water, Javy coffee concentrate, and almond milk over the ice.
  6. Stir and enjoy!
