Ingredients

To make the Strawberry Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cup freshly cut strawberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 – 4 oz water
  • 1 part condensed milk

To make the Milk Syrup

  • 1 part evaporated milk
  • 1 part sweetened condesed milk

To Make the Iced Pink Drink Latte

  • 1 -2 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate diluted in
  • 1 oz milk syrup (around 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 oz strawberry syrup (around 2 tablespoons)
  • 8 oz milk of choice (1 cup)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Add the freshly cut strawberry and water to a blender or food processor and blend until you get a puree consistency.
  2. Consequently, place the strawberry puree and sugar in a small pot and cook, on medium heat, until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly and gradually turn the heat down until strawberries are mushy and sauce is thick, about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain liquid through a fine mesh sieve and set aside to cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
  4. To make the milk syrup, mix one part of evaporated milk and one part condensed milk in a small container.
  5. Add the homemade strawberry syrup and milk syrup in a glass cup.
  6. Fill the glass with ice and then carefully pour your favorite milk over the ice.
  7. Pour over the coffee concentrate over the milk and ice, then serve and enjoy!
