Irish Cream Cold Brew

If you are a fan of lucky holiday drinks, now you'll be able to enjoy it all year long by making it at home. This recipe pairs perfectly the strong taste of cold brew with Irish Cream syrup and vanilla whipped cream, without being overly sweet.‍

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 granulated sugar, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Irish cream syrup
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cocoa powder
  • Whipped cream (optional)‍

Directions

  1. Add the water to a glass along with Javy Coffee Concentrate and the irish cream syrup
  2. Use a spoon and stir to combine
  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to a glass to make the cold foam
  4. Use a milk frother and whip until the milk has turned into a thick foam
  5. If you don’t have a frother, add the ingredients to a mason jar, seal, then shake until thick and foamy
  6. Add ice to your glass, then slowly pour on the vanilla cold foam
  7. Add a dash of cocoa and enjoy immediately
  8. You can top with whipped cream if desired
