Mint Cold Brew
This Mint Cold Brew recipe is the perfect afternoon pick me up. It's surprisingly delicious and perfect for Spring season.
Ingredients
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- ice cubes
- 1/4 cup milk (optional)
- 1/4 cup cream (optional)
Directions
- Add 3-4 mint leaves to the bottom of a tall glass
- With a muddler, back of spoon, or straw, muddle the leaves slightly to release the oils
- Add ice cubes to the top of the glass
- Pour in water, Javy Coffee Concentrate, and simple syrup
- Stir to combine; 3
- Add a splash of half & half, milk, cream, or any non-dairy alternative you prefer, and enjoy!
