Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of chocolate
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup of cold heavy cream
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Javy’s coffee concentrate‍

Directions

  1. Melt the cream cheese and chocolate together in a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat until bubbles begin to form around the edges. Refrigerate until very well chilled – at least several hours or ideally overnight.
  2. If you’re in a hurry you can place the bowl in the freezer to speed up the cooling process. Just make sure you check and stir it regularly to make sure it doesn’t actually freeze!
  3. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with confectioners sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and Javy coffee concentrate, depending on how strong you want your coffee flavor you can add more or less of the recommended amount.
  4. Combine the melted cream cheese and chocolate with the whipped coffee cream and let it sit on the fridge for at least 30 minutes. You can also top it with chocolate chips, or any topping of your choice.
