How can I update the payment method on my Javy subscription?

You can easily update the payment method on your subscription in our customer portal by following these steps:

  • Login to Javy portal
  • On the portal home page scroll to the bottom and click on Edit Payment Method
  • The system will send you an email with a secure link to update your payment details
  • Enter the updated details and click Save - note: all subscriptions will be shifted to this new payment method
  • To change the payment method back, choose the previous form of payment and click on Move Subscriptions Here
  • Confirm by clicking on Move Subscriptions
  • To delete a payment method, simply click Delete under the chosen payment method
