How can I update the payment method on my Javy subscription?

You can easily update the payment method on your subscription in our customer portal by following these steps:

On the portal home page scroll to the bottom and click on Edit Payment Method

The system will send you an email with a secure link to update your payment details

Enter the updated details and click Save - note: all subscriptions will be shifted to this new payment method

To change the payment method back, choose the previous form of payment and click on Move Subscriptions Here

Confirm by clicking on Move Subscriptions

To delete a payment method, simply click Delete under the chosen payment method
