Ingredients
100g frozen banana
250ml milk
30g protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
handful of spinach

2 tsp javy coffee concentrate (We suggest Mocha Flavored)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth
Use any milk or protein powder of choice
Use more or less of anything depending on how you like the taste and consistency
