Boozy Dalgona Coffee
A simply sweet and creamy version of the trendy dalgona coffee, with a spiked twist. This recipe is fun to make at home and pretty enough to serve to friends and family.
1-2 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp hot water
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz White Rum
- 6 oz milk of choice
- *optional: cinnamon for garnish
Begin making the whipped coffee cream by combining coffee, brown sugar, and hot water in a small bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients until cream until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. For more of a whipped cream texture, whip longer.
In one serving cup add 1 oz Kahlua and 1 oz rum. Stir to mix.
Fill the cup with ice and slowly pour the milk. Fill the rest of the cup up with the whipped espresso cream and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
