Mocha chocolate chip protein bars
This quick and simple protein bar recipe might completely change your life, and yes, NO baking required!
With this recipe, you get an entire pan of homemade protein bars for not much more than you would’ve paid for just one bar at any grocery store
2-3 tbsp Javy Microdose Coffee Concentrate
- 129g nut butter
- 177ml milk of choice
- 90g maple syrup
- 169g Vanilla or chocolate pea protein
- 81g oat flour
- 11g cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 50g dark chocolate chips
In a stand mixer or food processor add all the ingredientes and mix until a dough forms. Then add the chocolate chips.
You can add more liquid or flour if needed and adjust sweetness to your liking.Pat the mixture into a lined square tin and refrigerate overnight then cut into rectangles.
