Brown Sugar Baked Oats

Brown Sugar Baked Oats

A sweet and filling recipe that the whole family will love. This easy recipe will taste like you've spent the whole morning whipping it up but you actually don't have to fuss over it because it only takes 5 min to prep it! You can make the mix the night before, pour it into a prepared baking dish, cover it with some plastic wrap, and pop it in the fridge. When you wake up, put it in the oven (remove the plastic wrap) and by the time you are showered and changed, you can have a delicious breakfast ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Fresh Banana
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cardamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 oz Water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into oven-safe dish and top it with some brown sugar.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Oven times vary so you just want to make sure the edges are lightly browned and the center should no longer be jiggly.
  5. For us, the best way to eat this is with an iced latte and warm syrup drizzled on top.
