This Carrot Cake Latte makes a great alternative to your daily cup of coffee. Packed full of wholesome spices and low in sugar it’s the perfect sweet treat.
Ingredients
- To make the carrot milk:<ul id="">1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup Carrot Milk
- 1-2 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Half and Half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients to make the carrot milk on a blender or using a hand mixer

- To a tall glass add the carrot juice, milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and maple syrup, and mix using a milk frother until creamy
- Set aside
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together sweetener and cream cheese
- Beat on high until smooth and creamy
- About 3 minutes with a hand mixer
- Add half and half, whipping cream and sea salt to the mixing bowl and beat until thick and frothy but still slightly runny
- About 3 minutes with a hand mixer
- Fill a glass with ice, pour the carrot milk and stir in Javy Coffee Concentrate
- Spoon whipped cream cheese mixture on top of iced coffee
