Carrot Cake Latte

This Carrot Cake Latte makes a great alternative to your daily cup of coffee. Packed full of wholesome spices and low in sugar it’s the perfect sweet treat.
Carrot Cake Latte


  • To make the carrot milk:<ul id="">1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup Carrot Milk
  • 1-2 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Half and Half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt‍


  1. Combine all the ingredients to make the carrot milk on a blender or using a hand mixer

  3. To a tall glass add the carrot juice, milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and maple syrup, and mix using a milk frother until creamy
  4. Set aside
  5. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together sweetener and cream cheese
  6. Beat on high until smooth and creamy
  7. About 3 minutes with a hand mixer
  8. Add half and half, whipping cream and sea salt to the mixing bowl and beat until thick and frothy but still slightly runny
  9. About 3 minutes with a hand mixer
  10. Fill a glass with ice, pour the carrot milk and stir in Javy Coffee Concentrate
  11. Spoon whipped cream cheese mixture on top of iced coffee
