Ingredients

To make the Strawberry Cream

  • 2 oz strawberry syrup or strawberry puree (1/4 cup)
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream ( 1/4 cup)

To make the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Iced Coffee

  • 1-2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 6 oz milk of choice (1/2 cup)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Javy Mocha Syrup
  • 2 oz strawberry cream (1/4 cup)
  • Ice
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Crushed cookies and cream cookies (optional)
  • 1 strawberry sliced, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine the strawberry pure and heavy whipping cream to create the strawberry cream. Set aside.
  2. In a glass, combine the milk, Javy Coffee Concentrate and Javy Mocha Syrup. Stir well to ensure the syrup is evenly distributed.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry cream over the coffee.
  4. op the iced coffee with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices on top and crushed cookies.
