Indulge in the smooth and decadent flavor of this Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. The combination of intense coffee flavor, sweet mocha syrup, and velvety chocolate cream makes it a delightful drink and treat.
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 8 oz (1 cup) of water
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Vanilla Syrup
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Mocha Syrup
- 1 tablespoon chocolate jelly (can be replaced with Agar-Agar mixed with cocoa powder)

Directions
- In a small container, combine heavy cream, chocolate jelly and Javy Mocha Syrup. Whip the mixture until it reaches a creamy consistency. Set aside.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the Javy Coffee Concentrate, water and Javy Vanilla Syrup over the ice. Stir to combine.
- Spoon the chocolate cream over the cold brew, creating a velvety layer on top.
- Before sipping, use a straw or a stirring stick to mix the layers together, allowing the chocolate cream to infuse with the cold brew.
