This Coconut Cookie Butter Latte is a delicious and healthy coffee recipe that combines the warm and nutty flavors of cookie butter with the creamy goodness of coconut. Perfect for cozy mornings or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 cup (8 oz) milk of choice
- 1 scoop Collagen Creamer
- 1-2 teaspoons of sweetener of choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of cookie butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut cream (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce drizzle
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Directions
- In a blender, combine Javy Coffee Concentrate, milk, cookie butter, Collagen Creamer and sweetener.
- Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy latte.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the blended coffee over the ice.
- In a separate container, combine the coconut cream, caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, whip the coconut cream until it becomes light and fluffy. This may take a few minutes.
- Spoon the coconut cream cold foam on top of the blended coffee.
- If desired, garnish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and cinnamon.
