Ingredients

  • 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 cup (8 oz) milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Collagen Creamer
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sweetener of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cookie butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut cream (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Caramel sauce drizzle
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine Javy Coffee Concentrate, milk, cookie butter, Collagen Creamer and sweetener.
  2. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy latte.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the blended coffee over the ice.
  4. In a separate container, combine the coconut cream, caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, whip the coconut cream until it becomes light and fluffy. This may take a few minutes.
  5. Spoon the coconut cream cold foam on top of the blended coffee.
  6. If desired, garnish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and cinnamon.
