Coffee Coconut Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)


  • 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 scoops Collagen Creamer
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Optional toppings: Shredded coconut, a drizzle of coconut cream, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon


  1. Combine the ingredients and mix well in a bowl. If preferred, you can mix using a blender.
  2. Taste and sweeten to your desired sweetness with granulated sweetener.
  3. Transfer to ninja container with lid and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Remove the lid from the container Place in the Ninja Creami Select the lite ice cream button.
  5. After the first initial process check the consistency of your icecream. If it goes smooth it doesn't require a respin. If it still appears crumbly then hit the respin button (add in 1-2 tablespoons of milk if really crumbly)
  6. Once the ice cream is ready, carefully pour it into your favorite mug. If desired, garnish with shredded coconut, a drizzle of coconut cream, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
