Perfect for a healthy breakfast or as a post-workout snack, this Greek yogurt parfait has all the right ingredients to nourish your body and fuel you up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 scoop Instant Protein Coffee
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a glass or a portable container, layer half of the Greek yogurt, and mix in the Instant Protein Coffee.
  2. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt. Scatter mixed berries on the granola layer. Drizzle honey over the berries.
  3. Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the berries. Sprinkle chia seeds as the final layer. Seal the container and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
