Heath Bar Iced Coffee

If you are a fan of the famous candy bar made of toffee, almonds, and milk chocolate this recipe will taste like heaven for you. Each sip of this iced coffee will remind you of a crunchy slab of buttery English toffee in a thick layer of indulgent creamy milk chocolate cold foam.The preparation of this recipe calls for a milk frother, which will come handy to make the 3 layers of flavors that will pack a delectable liquid candy, just like the original recipe, in case you don’t have one you can also heat the ingredients on the microwave for 10-15 seconds and whisk it until you get a creamy consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 6 oz water normal temperature
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Almond Syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 oz creamer

Directions

  1. Start by making the coffee, diluting 1-2 tsp of Javy Coffee concentrate in 6-ish oz of water. By using a milk frother, combine both until reaching a foamy consistency, add the vanilla syrup and stir or mix for a few seconds. You can also skip the syrup if you have our French Vanilla flavor at home.
  2. In another recipient, blend the almond milk, or milk of choice, with almond syrup. You don’t need to use a milkd frother for this, but in case you’ll prefer a foamy consistency, you can also froth it for a few seconds.
  3. Last but no least, let’s make the chocolate cold foam by adding 1 tablespoons of chocolate sauce to 2 oz of creamer and mixing it with a milk frother for 15-30 seconds. You can use any creamer, including half and half or whipping cream, this will make a dense cold foam that will pack the rest of the flavors in the drink, adding the final chocolatey taste that we all look for in a normal heath bar. 
  4. Now is time to build the coffee drink. To a tall glass add ice cubes, and fill half the cup with our vanilla coffee preparation, fill in the rest with the almond milk and top with the chocolate cold foam.
