Irish Cream Pistachio Swirl Cocktail
This Irish cream Pistachio Swirl Cocktail is perfect for the holidays. This boozy drink is flavored with Irish Cream Liqueur and pistachio ice cream, and is full of fruity coffee notes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate
- Sugar, to taste for sweeter version (optional)
- 2 scoops of Pistachio Ice Cream (add an additional scoop if desired)
- 1/4 sweet cream creamer
- 1 1/3 shots Irish Cream Liqueur (like Bailey’s)
- Whipped Cream, for garnish
- Green Sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Dilute Javy Coffee Concentrate in cold water
- Add sugar if desired
- Stir until combined

- Place ice cream scoops in a cup
- Drizzle in creamer and liqueur
- Fill the cup with cold Javy Coffee
- Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles
