How can I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription in our customer portal by following these steps:

  • Login to the Javy portal
  • Click on Manage Subscription
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Manage this subscription for the subscription you’re looking to cancel
  • Scroll to the bottom and Click Cancel Subscription
  • Complete the form on the next page based on your preferences to confirm your cancelation.
  • * Please ensure that you are contacting the correct company regarding your subscription. Other companies have names that include the word “Java” or begin with J-A-V, but there is only one JAVY. Only this JAVY website is able to assist you in managing your JAVY order or subscription. Other companies that offer coffee or tea products will not be able to help you with your JAVY order.
