How can I reactivate a subscription

If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously canceled, you will first need to log in to your account.

  • Login to your customer portal.
  • Click Subscriptions and select the subscription product.
  • Click Reactivate and confirm.
  • Note: If the subscription is expired it cannot be reactivated. In this case, checkout on the store with a fresh subscription for that item.
