I have received an incomplete or damaged order, what should I do?

Oh no! If you received a damaged or incomplete order with missing products, please email support@javycoffee.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received within 15 days of delivery. We’re happy to ship a replacement of the complete order to you. Please note refunds will not be issued.
