My order is lost, what should I do?
If your order shows as delivered and you have not received your package as yet, please try the following resolutions:
If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 10 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to us at support@javycoffee.com to file a claim. Please note refunds will not be issued. Orders are considered lost in transit if the tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days.
