My order is lost, what should I do?
If your order shows as delivered and you have not received your package as yet, please try the following resolutions:
1. Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address (ex. Mailbox, doorstep, side door, etc.)
2. Check with a family member or neighbor in case they collected the package on your behalf.
3. Reach out to your local post office. Provide them with your name, phone number, email address and the tracking number of the package.
If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 6 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to us at support@javycoffee.com to file a claim. Please note refunds will not be issued.
