What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on first orders only. Please note this policy does not apply to subsequent orders. 

To issue a refund on orders that have already been processed or shipped, the order must be refused upon delivery or returned to our warehouse unopened. Our team is happy to provide a prepaid return label.

For orders with multiple bottles, we understand if you are not satisfied after trying the product. To issue a full refund, we expect a return of all unopened bottles. 

For example: if you ordered 4 bottles, we can issue a full refund of 4 bottles only if 3 unopened bottles were returned. If only 2 out of 4 bottles were returned, the satisfaction guarantee becomes voided.
