What is your refund policy for subscriptions?

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee which starts the day the order tracking shows as delivered. This satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to your first subscription order and not to subsequent orders.

Please be aware that if you have purchased more than one bottle of the same flavor, the satisfaction guarantee will only be applicable if you return the unopened bottles for a refund. However, if you have used all or more than one bottle, regrettably, the satisfaction guarantee will no longer be valid, and you will not be eligible for a refund. We advise customers to keep this policy in mind and utilize the satisfaction guarantee accordingly, ensuring they return unopened bottles if they wish to avail themselves of the refund option.
