Coffee Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour (I used sprouted flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 3 tbsp egg whites
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp of Javy Coffee
- 2 tbsp low sugar chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together expect the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
- Makes 12 squares at 👇🏻74 calories, 1 F, 14 C, 3 P, 1.5 grams sugar each
